The Christmas tree has become an institution at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Foundation for Peace Research (Fondation FHB). The promise made by Mr. Jean-Noël Loucou, General Secretary of the FHB Foundation, at the first Christmas tree is now a reality. He even confirmed it in his opening remarks, he who remains so attached to children and family values.
The Christmas tree 2017 was marked on December 23, 2017 by the presence of the representatives of the Abidjan annex and that of the radio of the peace whose integration of the children gave him more amplitude.
Before the distribution of the gifts by the Santa Claus, place was made to the children for the expression of their talents through various rubrics such as: “I know how to introduce myself”, “my voice is also beautiful”, “President Felix Houphouet-Boigny’s quotations”.
Happy to have received beautiful gifts, the children did not fail to express their gratitude to their affectionate “grandfather”, the Secretary General, initiator and godfather of this Christmas tree.
A cocktail offered to all the assistance made it possible to put an end, in beauty, to this ceremony which lasted only 3 hours.
