On January 12, 2016, at the headquarters of the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Foundation for Peace Research in Yamoussoukro, the ceremony for the presentation of new year's greetings to the Secretary General. All the officers, headed by Mariam Koulibaly and Doctor Diénéba Doumbia, wished a warm and happy 2016 to Professor Jean-Noël Loucou.
This event was mainly marked by two speeches, notably that of the Chief of Personnel, spokesperson of the agents and then that of the first person in charge of the house. The Secretary General, in his speech, gave the new orientations of the foundation and urged all his collaborators to the ardor of the tasks entrusted to them.
The ceremony ended with the traditional family photo and a cocktail offered to all attendees.
