Do NOT plug your DS4 controller into your PC while using this tool. In the end, though, thumb aiming can be just as precise, and a great many players who have been playing FPS games on controller for years on console can be just as precise in their aiming as someone who has played FPS games with a mouse for years on PC.

Recently i saw a lot of people querying youtube/google about using a mouse on PS4 for playing Overwatch and i was surprised that there aren't that many reviews and videos about it. The process of using KB/M on console goes as such. But as long as they want to stay on PS4 and Xbox then they have to play according to their rules and terms, which allow mouse and keyboard. Every game has An option to turn off aim assist so using a mouse as thumbsticks isn't as bad as u discribe it for it only takes a bit of tweaking from the in games sensitivity to the adapter and since there is no delay on the higher end adapters it's impossible to compare to thumbsticks , there is an immense advantage so stop trying to covering it up. I've met quite a few people using mouses in the competitive mode so i believe that the top ratings are filled with people "cheating". obviously it's a lot better for aiming, but i've heard the advantage quoted at anything from 5% to this kind of 500% 'not even in the same ballpark' thing. This is just my opinion but I think It artificially inflates a person's skill to a degree.
However if you were to use it you wouldn't be banned or anything(as of now at least and it probably isn't detectable).

Sony has allowed native support for mouse and keyboard from the console launch. Same applies on a PC, if you want you can hook up a controller and play with the controller which also gives you aim assist (not present on a mouse). Knowing that there are people stomping others with a mouse and keyboard on PS4 makes the prospect of going back to the console less and less appealing. Why does people do something like this? you want to play with KB+M use a computer, otherwise get on the same playing field as everyone else. Not against ToS, no way to detect it and yes it gives you a very small advantage so to say over people who use controllers. Basically, you can assign DualShock 4 controller actions to your keyboard and mouse and launch PS4 Remote Play without controller. No I don't think its "legal" to use K+M with the console versions of Overwatch due the fact that Blizzard intentionally disabled native K+M support for those versions. It's very unfair, as literally every decent PC player, would stomp people on consoles, like literally, a rank 50 on PC could easily stomp some of the best players on Consoles, so stupidly good is KB/M compared to Controllers.
