This has happened several times over its lifetime but now it happening every 2 weeks. Too many people have complained about the ice maker not producing ice. It is a KNOWN defect and I am certain Samsung still makes all their refrigerator icemakers this way--I have friends with different Samsung refrig models that have the same exact issue with the icemaker making ice out of condensation on the outside of the icemaker.
