Because of the spillage the outer packaging on other products is so damaged it looks like it has been used before. I asked them a question about their Xanthan Gum in December last year(!) Once we’ve shipped your package, we cannot do anything once it is in possession of customs officials and your country’s postal service. All of you complaining, please maybe try to contact the delivery companies as well, considering you have a tracking number, not put all on Deciem shoulders, and then expect fast Customer service reply with 0 patience.

I don't mind if there are delays, I understand the whole covid-19 issue, but I have ordered before, a couple months ago, while the pandemic was still happening and I had no problem.
