I have two models, one a T18 and the other a parlour steel strung guitar. But, a google search found one for only $350 (I think that was only a 6 string).
However the Music store in NC where I was going to trade it had no reference to it's value and at the time he said he didn't have anything in the store that sounded as good. They differ in quality. Thanks for any hints. the TR 1000 was my first guitar. I play 50's and 60's music also. This seller has not set a shipping cost for Belgium.
Item Information. I was surprised/disappointed that there was not a website for Terada to see how much it might cost today. My question is: are these guitars good? I have had a few classic's over the years and this beats them all for clarity & again tonal projection - soft to loud and in between.
I love my guitar and have to fight my teenage grandsons to play it as it is so popular. My TR 1000 has certainly mellowed with age and continues to sound great. its Flamenco Blanka style and not classical,made from cypress,and i consider it to be of superior quality to other far more expensive guitars that i have. More than half the sound board has come away from the sides.
I sanded, re-crowned, and buffed the frets and they are at roughly 80%. I have owned a Terada TR1000 since 1975. It is as new and came with soft bag but was strung L/Handed and someone had painted dots on the neck which came off without marking.
