The problem with swapping in the new engines like mine is because one of the motor mounts is in between the timing belt. The timing belt can break pretty easily.. the mechanics I have been talking to have told me that any water, oil, rocks, bark or wood, ect will break it so I have to come up with some sort of plan to protect it, and I will not be doing any water crossings haha. im wanting to do the same swap on my 93 pickup with 85 runner frame( solid axle and lifted) crawler/DD.
I used a PS hose kit from PSC to make a pressure line along with a couple adapter fittings and a new return hose. So far it works great.

I belive that you are holding the top idler for the timing belt located under the the top cover. I cut a new hole in the tank at a better location and installed AutoMeter's universal fuel level sender. The leafs are flat so there is no travel anymore so the ride is pretty harsh. ECM pin T80/37.

I used a torch to heat and bend the curved front part to match the floor board. Quick about me: I have been a hands-on person all my life. I'm very curious to see how it all fits and works.
I fixed that :). That project ended when I have a giant Turbonetics turbo that was too much for the engine.

Despite all the recent controversy, it's hard to deny VW's TDI (turbocharged direct injection) engine is pretty awesome. On past project vehicles, I have always wanted all aftermarket gauges, but never did due to cost. One of the first things he did was buy an Acme Adapters TDI conversion kit. The following five crazy TDI swaps are done on cars you'd never guess.

He took a TDI motor from a ’97 Jetta with 110,000 miles on it and then spent two months putting the motor in. Thats why I picked my toyota wth the 4.3. Relay pin 86 - Control side positive. For some reason, Toyota has flat-out refused to offer these fantastically reliable, fuel efficient vehicles in North America. Only glow plug fault remaining is for an open circuit to the GP light, which I have not yet wired.
